Blue Panorama Begins Flights to Maldives

Italian airline Blue Panorama has begun chartered flights between Maldives and Poland with Poland’s Itaka and Maldivian travel agency Sun Oceans on 20th June 2019. The flight was welcomed at Velana International Airport (VIA) along with the support of MMPRC, MACL, Uhc hotel and Blue Panorama.

Mr. Abdulla Rasheed, Managing Director of Sun Ocean Maldives said that an average of a thousand tourist arrivals per month was estimated with these flights every week. The Managing Director of MMPRC, Mr. Thoyyib Mohamed spoke about how initiatives like this play a crucial role in the progress of Maldivian tourism industry and declared that the organization always welcome private parties who work for the betterment of the industry.
