With nearly two decades of experience across Accor’s finest properties, Adi Karang’s journey is a testament to passion, precision, and progress in the art of hospitality.
He first marched into the world of travel and guest experience in 2007 at Sofitel Seminyak Bali, mastering the flow of reservations and front office operations. It wasn’t long before his knack for numbers met his flair for strategy, ushering him into the world of revenue management.
By 2011, Adi was reshaping pricing and inventory decisions at Sofitel Seminyak. His leadership trajectory gained momentum in 2013, when he took on cluster responsibility for Novotel and Mercure Nusa Dua, driving performance with a market-savvy edge. Between 2016 and 2019, his reach expanded further as Multihotel Revenue Manager, overseeing operations across five iconic properties spanning Bali, Balikpapan, Manado, and Bandung.
Most recently, Adi held the reins at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali, where his insights translated into consistent growth, optimised distribution, and impactful strategy. Now, as Director of Revenue, Adi brings a fresh wave of innovation and commercial clarity to every touchpoint, blending data science with the soul of hospitality.

That foundation sparked a globe-trotting career, with leadership roles at iconic brands like Club Med, Sofitel, Mövenpick, and The American Club Hong Kong, each chapter defined by culture-savvy innovation and experiential storytelling.
Now at SO/ Maldives, Mobeen channels his signature dynamism into crafting lifestyle journeys that blur the line between relaxation and revelation. His vision? To transform everyday resort living into unforgettable narratives of joy, balance, and soulful exploration.
