The event brought together local sports talents, representatives from the Maldives Padel Association, MNDF runners, football coaches, and community members, reflecting the resort’s commitment to fostering a vibrant sporting community. Participants teamed up for a spirited tournament that showcased skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The winners were awarded a trophy and a dinner voucher for two, while a lucky draw was also held, giving five participants complimentary one-hour Padel Tennis sessions.
The tournament concluded with a high tea reception where guests connected and celebrated the occasion. This milestone marks the first local event hosted on SAii Lagoon Maldives’ Padel Tennis courts since their opening in March. Building on the success, the resort also announced the launch of its Padel Tennis Membership Program, offering members daily court access, discounts on private lessons, tournament participation, Beach Club access, spa benefits, and Kid’s Club privileges. Special initiatives have also been introduced to make the program accessible to students and youth, encouraging the next generation to engage with the sport and become part of the resort’s growing community.
