On 27 October 2025, the spotlight turns to Italy with the Ilaria Felluga Wine Dinner, hosted by Ilaria Felluga, sixth-generation leader of her family’s renowned wineries and recognised by Forbes as an Italian Excellence Under 40. Ilaria will personally guide guests through a tasting of her family’s most iconic wines, paired with an inspired island-crafted menu that blends innovation and tradition. This event brings together exceptional wine pairing with world-class Maldives fine dining for a truly unforgettable evening.
