Ayada Maldives has announced the appointment of Mark Stanton as its new Director of Food & Beverage.
Mark brings with him over 25 years of global hospitality experience, including an impressive 15 years at sea with world-renowned luxury cruise lines such as Seabourn, Regent Seven Seas, and The World, where he honed his craft in delivering exceptional dining experiences in some of the most unique destinations on earth.
Having travelled extensively across continents, Mark has developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, cuisines, and fine wines, an influence that continues to shape his approach to curating memorable culinary journeys for guests.
Mark’s connection to the Maldives spans over a decade, having contributed to some of the country’s most distinguished resorts, including Cheval Blanc Randheli and Amilla Fushi. His wealth of experience and passion for authentic hospitality make him an invaluable addition to the Ayada team.
Dedicated to mentorship and community collaboration, Mark is deeply committed to working closely with local talent, empowering his team through hands-on training and knowledge sharing.
