Conducted by Yoga Instructor / Owner Zen Den Collective, Katie Coryell the associates were guided in a 30 minute session. He said, “Yoga should be part of our daily routine, as much a normal part of the day as brushing our teeth! consistently practicing this art brings forth many health benefits to the body and the mind. Sharing the practice with family strengthens our relationships. This year, on International Yoga Day we introduced this practice to a bunch of individuals who would derive many benefits in terms of serving their guests, once the resort opens.”

“The modern history of yoga has paved way for the practice to incorporate various types of styles and approaches with one core aim in mind; to help all those who practice it to find inner peace and mindfulness,” she added.

With expert guidance and insight provided by Katie, Adaaran Hudhuran Fushi staff engaged in an invigorating session that helped them relax, loosen up and rejuvenate themselves while simultaneously offering them a break from everyday routine. With the initiative taking place in a paradise setting such as the Maldives, it also goes to show how ideal and fitting the comfort of such a location is for anyone who wishes to practice yoga abroad.
