Continuing to move forward and adapt to the ‘new normal’, Crown & Champa Resorts introduced – Safe Holiday Experience in Paradise – guidelines and protocols for enhanced hygiene and safety.

This initiative is focused on enhanced resorts and hotel cleaning standards and procedures, hygiene and safety practices, guest and employee interactions, and workplace guidelines while ensuring transparency throughout the customer experience journey, the Group reports. These guidelines will transform resorts and hotel industry standards and practices in Maldives, to ensure that guests and employees are confident in the hygiene and safety of the Crown & Champa properties.

The guidelines and protocols were carefully sourced, strategized and effectively implemented through the Group’s internal Quality Assurance Department. Guidance and support from the internationally accredited and well established partners – Ecolab/Greenpath Maldives and Ian Greaves International (IGI UK) – has been continuously followed and implemented. The guidelines and protocols also support the local health protection agency and government guidelines.
