With over a decade of international experience across some of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands, Hesham has developed a deep understanding of luxury travel and guest expectations. His impressive career includes leadership roles at Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria, Marriott, Sheraton, Westin, and Kurumba, across various locations including the Maldives, Dubai, Kuwait, Mauritius, and Egypt.
Hesham’s diverse background in reservations, guest experience, and sales management enables him to take a holistic approach to the guest journey. His ability to combine strategic sales initiatives with a strong guest-centric mindset makes him a valuable asset to the Baglioni Maldives commercial team.
