COMO Hotels and Resorts appoints Anan Shareef as the new Cluster Sales Manager for COMO Maalifushi and COMO Cocoa Island. With a decade-long career in the hospitality industry, Anan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this role.
Anan’s impressive journey in the hospitality sector began in 2013 when she joined Hilton Hotels and Resorts as a Guest Service Agent. After completing her Diploma in Tourism Management and Events Management at Taylor’s University, she quickly demonstrated her dedication and skills, which propelled her to success in the highly competitive hospitality industry. Over the years, she has built an impressive portfolio, having worked with some of the Maldives’ most iconic resorts, including The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort by Marriott International and Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa. Most recently, Anan served as Assistant Sales Manager at Patina Hotels & Resorts, where she played a vital role in the property’s sales strategies and establishing key partnerships that drove significant growth.
With her strong background in sales, business development, and luxury travel, Anan is set to lead COMO’s sales initiatives across COMO Maalifushi and COMO Cocoa Island. In her new role as Cluster Sales Manager, she will focus on expanding the market presence, strengthening relationships with industry partners, and driving continued sales growth for both resorts. Anan’s deep understanding of luxury market dynamics and her passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences will be essential in helping COMO maintain and enhance its reputation as a leading luxury hospitality brand.
