“Within our brand and collection, we strive to evolve our service delivery practices to meet the new reality through being efficient and visible while offering a comfortable and confident Safe Holiday Experience across all our resorts,” a statement by the group read.
The guidelines and protocols were carefully sourced, strategized and effectively implemented through the Group’s internal Quality Assurance Department. Guidance and support from the internationally accredited and well established partners – Ecolab/Greenpath Maldives and Ian Greaves International (IGI UK) – has been continuously followed and implemented. The guidelines and protocols also support the local health protection agency and government guidelines.
