Dhigali Maldives has announced the appointment of Sivabhaskar Reddy (Siva) as the new Director of Rooms. With over a decade of experience in hospitality, Siva brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to the island paradise.
In his new role, Siva will oversee the Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services. His focus will be on ensuring outstanding service delivery, maintaining operational excellence, and elevating the guest experience to new heights. With a proven track record, Siva is set to make a significant impact on Dhigali’s ongoing journey of excellence.
Before joining Dhigali Maldives, Siva held leadership roles at several Anantara hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka, Desert Island, Oman, and Ras Al Khaimah, where he demonstrated his ability to improve operational efficiencies, enhance guest satisfaction, and develop standard operating procedures to drive results.
