Hesham Hamed has been appointed as the F&B Outlet Manager at Sun Siyam Iru Fushi. He is an Egyptian with over 13+ years of experience in the food & beverages industry.

Hesham is skilled in Catering, Budgeting, Food & Beverage, Banquet Operations, and Customer Service. He is an information technology professional, with a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on Business Administration and Management, General from Oxford Brookes University.

Hesham started his career as a Waiter at Hilton Hurghada Plaza. He worked at Hilton Hotels for 10+ years and was promoted as the Head Waiter to the Assistant Manager during this time. He first moved to Maldives in 2017 and joined Paradise Island Resort as the Italian and Seafood Restaurant Manager.

The Sun Siyam Iru Fushi was named the leading family resort in the Indian Ocean at the African and Indian Ocean Gala Ceremony of the World Travel Awards.
