The newly refurbished Deluxe Ocean Pool Villas have been designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind. These villas now offer a refined sense of laid-back luxury. Spanning 120 sqm, each villa has been thoughtfully redesigned to include a spacious bedroom, a light-filled bathroom with a deep oval bathtub overlooking the Indian Ocean, and a private deck complete with sun loungers, a sun umbrella, and a new 23 sqm private pool. To complete the picture, a hammock suspended over the water invites you to unwind while soaking in the stunning ocean views.

These two exclusive events, along with a third event curated by the Kandolhu culinary team headed by Chef Justin and Stonefish wines, are reserved for the most discerning food lovers, offering unforgettable wine and dining experiences.

  • 3 October 2025: Chef Bernd Bachofer combines Japanese, Southeast Asian, and French haute cuisine in a meticulously crafted degustation menu. Paired with award-winning vintages from. New Zealand’s Schubert Wines, led by winemaker Kai Schubert, this culinary evening promises to be unforgettable. Chef Bachofer, who earned his Michelin star in 2015, brings decades of experience from prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens in Germany and Switzerland.
  • 23 November 2025: Enjoy a leisurely 5-course Mediterranean dinner by Chef Justin and the Kandolhu team, perfectly matched with selected Stonefish wines. Expert host Peter Papanikitas will accompany you course by course, offering insights and guiding you through the flavours of the night.
  • 3 December 2025: Michelin-starred Chef Theodor Falser will present bold, modern interpretations of Italian classics. This intimate 5-course dinner, thoughtfully paired with exceptional Italian wines, offers an exclusive culinary experience for just 14 guests. Each dish reflects Chef Falser’s innovative approach, blending tradition and creativity to create a memorable evening of exquisite flavours, artistry, and indulgence.
