“We have collaborated with different nonprofit organizations such as Manta Trust [for recording and identifying mantas], Olive Ridley Project [for identifying turtles], Turtle watch [for recording turtle sightings] and shark watch [for recording shark sightings]) and we assist in collecting data to get a better idea about the population and movements of turtles, sharks and mantas. The spot pattern is unique for each Manta and hence for identifying mantas it is vital to have a clear shot of the belly” briefs, Christian.

Christian’s reporting has been authenticated by Manta Trust.
