Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing various roles within the hospitality industry, each contributing to my growth and evolution. From starting as a front office associate to eventually becoming the Director of Operations at Sun Siyam Iru Fushi Maldives, my journey has been shaped by pivotal moments such as overcoming challenges, seizing opportunities for learning & development and building strong relationships within the industry.

How do you approach leadership, and what strategies do you employ to ensure your voice is heard?

In terms of leadership, I believe in fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment where every voice is heard, valued, and respected. I approach leadership with authenticity and use strategies such as active listening, open communication, and leading by example to ensure that the team feels empowered to contribute their ideas and perspectives.

How do you approach mentorship within your team, and what impact do you hope to achieve through your guidance and support?
