Can you tell us a bit about your journey to becoming the sales manager at Fushifaru?

My previous expertise in 5-star luxury for similar roles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team, provided me with the opportunity to join the Fushifaru Family. Also with a passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to providing outstanding service.

How do you and your team identify and target potential customers for Fushifaru in the local market and beyond?

Identifying and targeting potential clients is an essential step in the sales process. We perform market research to better understand our target audience’s needs and preferences. This assists us in identifying potential customers who fulfil Fushifaru’s ideal customer profile.

In addition, we visit industry events, conferences, and trade exhibits to meet and create relationships with new clients.

Can you describe the ideal customer for Fushifaru, and how do you tailor your sales approach to meet their needs and expectations?

Fushifaru Maldives’ ideal customer is someone seeking a luxurious and relaxing vacation in a romantic and private setting, with the opportunity to explore the underwater world, enjoy wellness activities, and participate in adventurous activities.

Once we’ve identified potential clients, we may target them by personalizing our sales pitch to their individual requirements and preferences and closing the deal utilizing various sales strategies like value-based selling, relationship building, and objection handling.

What strategies do you use to stay up to date with industry trends and changes in the market, and how do you adapt your sales strategies accordingly?

To stay up to date, Attending business events and conferences is a great way to remain up to date on the latest market trends and changes. We may meet industry experts, attend workshops and seminars, and network with other professionals in the sector.

We may collect and evaluate client input to determine shifting market trends and customer preferences. This can help us adjust our sales methods to better match the needs of our customers.
