Through this collaboration, visitors are afforded an authentic and immersive experience that truly showcases the richness of Maldivian culture during their stay in the Maldives.
Moreover, this joint initiative serves as a means to cultivate a deeper appreciation for the cultural heritage among the students and staff of Aboobakuru School. It encompasses the nurturing, preservation, and transmission of this heritage to future generations, emphasizing its importance from an early age. By fostering this collaborative effort, a heightened awareness of the significance of safeguarding the Maldivian cultural heritage is also raised.
In order to ensure the widest possible participation of guests in these culturally enriching experiences, the activities are scheduled every second Friday. This deliberate approach enables a substantial number of visitors to engage in the diverse range of cultural arts and crafts on offer.
