The information is based on data collected from top U.S. travel searches on Google from April 1 to May 11.
Maldives was also crowned as the most searched destination on Google in the US in 2019.
According to UK’s leading celebrity news site Hello Magazine, Maldives is among the 8 travel destinations celebrities will likely to book post lockdown.
