Villa ownership at Soneva Jani

Soneva Jani Maldives has launched its private villa ownership program where guests can own private villas.

The selection features 24 overwater villas, ranging in size from one to three bedrooms, 32 on-land villas with one to three bedrooms and 4-bedroom private beach residences. Upon request by buyers, larger family villas of 6-7 bedrooms may be built.

Every water villa includes private pools that open into the lagoon. Some of the villas even have slides from the top deck, allowing a fun ride into the lagoon below. Exceptional services are provided by Mr. and Ms. Friday – personal butlers who at their service.

Owners are viable to perks such as exclusive membership to the Soneva Club, flight transfers, special amenities at Soneva properties, F&B discounts from Soneva resorts, and many more.

Currently, Soneva Jani has sold 3 water villas and 2 beach villas. With this initiative, Soneva Jani Maldives would be among the first in the world to offer such a unique way of tourism.
