Local TV channels, VTV and PSM have signed as Broadcasting Partners for the highly anticipated Neyvaa 2, a new world record attempt organized by Freedive Maldives.
This record making attempt will feature the most number of people performing static apnea simultaneously on 01st October 2022.
Organized to commemorate Golden Jubilee – 50 years of tourism in the Maldives, this event will promote the passion for free driving and highlight Maldives on the map for free divers worldwide. Neyvaa 2 will execute static apnea as a group performance from all over the Maldives with multiple locations across the archipelago at the given time.
Neyvaa 2 is also focusing on the climate change awareness. The event uses the hashtag #1breath4theoceans and aims to raise awareness on the global climate crisis affecting our island destination.
