Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa brings together a diverse collection of dining experiences shaped by Maldivian ingredients, international flavours and distinctive island settings. From overwater seafood dining and poolside meals to curated wines and destination dining beneath the open sky, the resort approaches food as an integral part of the island experience.
With its varied culinary offering, Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa Maldives was honoured as Best Culinary Resort at the TTM Awards and Gala 2026, following its win in the same category in 2024. The recognition reflects the resort’s range of dining concepts, each offering a distinct setting and style while placing fresh local ingredients and carefully prepared cuisine at the centre of the experience.

At ONU Marché, dining takes place beneath a striking bamboo roof in a relaxed market-style setting. The restaurant serves a range of gourmet options throughout the day, from buffet breakfasts to dinner, alongside weekly themed evenings that bring different flavours and culinary traditions to the island.
For seafood lovers, Bodumas takes dining over the water with a menu centred on fresh seafood prepared with international influences. Lobster, grilled prawns, ceviche and seared tuna feature alongside a selection of other gourmet dishes, creating a dining experience that combines the flavours of the ocean with an overwater setting.

At Latitude 5.5, poolside dining comes with views across the ocean and a selection of classic and exotic cocktails. The relaxed setting, tropical-inspired music and sunset views create an informal space for enjoying food and drinks throughout the day.
Wine takes a more prominent role at Oak Lounge, which houses a collection of 260 wine labels representing 15 renowned wine regions. The dedicated wine space adds another layer to the resort’s culinary offering, providing an opportunity to explore a broad selection in a tranquil island setting.

Beyond its restaurants and lounges, Kuredhivaru also takes its culinary experience into more personalised settings through destination dining. Guests can enjoy meals surrounded by the natural scenery of the Maldives, with bespoke arrangements suited to occasions including anniversaries, birthdays and other celebrations.
Together, the resort’s restaurants, wine collection and destination dining experiences create a culinary programme that moves between casual and refined settings, land and sea, and local and international influences.
