Barceló Nasandhura Malé will host an exclusive two-night culinary pop-up featuring the renowned flavours of Ministry of Crab at B.Heaven Rooftop on 13 and 14 November 2026.
Founded by chef-restaurateur Dharshan Munidasa, Ministry of Crab is a recognised name on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Also known for Carne Diem Grill at CROSSROADS Maldives, the country’s only restaurant featured in 50 Best Discovery this year, Chef Dharshan will bring his culinary expertise to Malé with a selection of signature Sri Lankan mud crab and freshwater prawn specialities.
Set against the ocean views of B.Heaven Rooftop, the two-night pop-up will bring Ministry of Crab’s renowned culinary approach to Malé. The restaurant follows a strict “no-freezer” policy, placing freshness at the centre of its culinary philosophy. Export-quality Sri Lankan mud crabs and freshwater prawns will be flown in fresh for the dining showcase on 13 and 14 November 2026.
