Conrad Maldives Rangali Island is set to mark the festive season with Celestial Seas, bringing together timeless celebrations, unforgettable dining experiences and meaningful connections beneath the stars of the Indian Ocean. From intimate dinners beneath the moon to vibrant gatherings by the shore, the festive season will offer moments designed to inspire, indulge and create lasting memories throughout December 2026 and into the New Year.
The festive season begins with the Tree Lighting Ceremony, marking the start of the celebrations and welcoming guests into the island’s festive programme. Guests can then discover Maldivian culture through the Maldivian Moonlight Feast, featuring traditional island flavours and locally inspired beverages in a celebration of Maldivian hospitality.
Wine enthusiasts can experience the Constellation Wine Dinner, featuring prestigious Guado al Tasso labels paired with a specially curated menu. The Sea-Aged Champagne Dinner at Ithaa Undersea Restaurant will offer another distinctive dining experience, pairing sea-aged Dom Pérignon with exceptional cuisine and Château Palmer wines.
On 24 December, guests will gather for the Celestial Christmas Eve Gala, an evening of dining, live entertainment and festive performances on the beach. The celebrations continue with the Festive Street Food Market, bringing together international flavours through live stations and festive counters in a lively island setting.
The highlight of the season arrives on 31 December with the Celestial New Year’s Gala Dinner, beginning from 19:00 onwards at the beachfront. The evening will feature the internationally acclaimed Nefelopetra Cabaret Troupe, presenting music, dance, aerial artistry and circus performances.
Entertainment will continue with Holly & Kacie, featuring aerial acrobatics, fire artistry, hula hoops, champagne pouring and interactive performances, alongside live music by David & Rima, DJ sets by DJ Dianka and saxophone performances by Andrew.
As midnight approaches, guests will come together for a countdown before welcoming 2027 with fireworks over the Indian Ocean.
The festive programme continues into January with an Orthodox Christmas Gala Dinner, offering another evening of dining, live entertainment and festive performances.
Throughout the season, Sunset Cocktails at Rangali will provide guests with an opportunity to gather for signature cocktails and elegant bites while taking in the final sunsets of the year over the Indian Ocean.
