Hailing from Ukraine, Ganna embarked on her career as a Front Office Manager at Hotel Dakkar in her homeland. Progressing through the ranks, she ascended to the role of Hotel General Manager in Ukraine’s most extensive local hotel chain before moving to the Maldives as a valuable member of the Minor Hotel Group’s Central Reservations Team. Before joining Le Méridien Maldives, Ganna held the position of Regional Sales and marketing Manager at Crown & Champa Resorts, where she successfully oversaw a portfolio of more than ten properties in the country.
