Rather than approaching the festive season as a collection of individual events, Ifuru Island will create one connected journey, unfolding across Christmas, New Year and Orthodox Christmas through distinctive décor, entertainment, dining, activities and shared island experiences.

A World Between the Ocean and the Stars 

“Echoes of the Ocean and Stars” takes inspiration from an otherworldly fantasy universe, combining a glowing underwater world with celestial elements to create an atmosphere that feels surreal, elegant and distinctly tropical. 

Bioluminescent inspired colours, mystical reefs, fantasy elements and glowing details will meet stars, constellations and moonlit touches throughout the resort. The visual palette will flow through deep ocean blues and midnight navy, complemented by pearl white, silver, soft turquoise, pink and purple hues, with subtle touches of celestial gold. 

Coral forms, waves, shells and reef inspired elements will blend with stars and elegant festive details, allowing Christmas traditions to take on a new identity inspired by Ifuru Island’s natural surroundings. 

The concept will extend beyond decorations, with the creative identity envisioned across guest touchpoints including entertainment, dining, activities, uniforms, signage and festive communication.

• 31 December | New Year’s Eve: The ocean and stars come together for the biggest night of the festive season as Ifuru Island prepares to say goodbye to 2026 and welcome a new chapter. 
• 1 January | New Year’s Day: The first day of 2027 begins surrounded by ocean, sunshine and the sense of possibility that inspired the festive theme. 
• 1 to 10 January | Orthodox Festive Period: The celebrations continue into January, culminating around Orthodox Christmas and extending the festive spirit through 9 January 2027.
