Manta Air has opened applications for its second batch of the Manta Wings Apprenticeship Program. The apprenticeship program focuses on training and developing local talent to provide them with their dream career.
The “Wings” program apprentices will spend 12 months in dedicated areas and the new batch of 2022/23 will commence in July 2022.
During this one year program apprentices are to receive on-the-job learning with dedicated mentors along with in classroom personal development program.
On completion of the program, apprentices will be awarded a certificate and have the freedom of choosing their field of work and the company.
