One of the key pioneers of Maldivian tourism, Mr. George Corbin has arrived in Maldives today to participate in the celebrations of Maldives Tourism Golden Jubilee.

He was received at the airport by tourism pioneer and Health Minister Ahmed Naseem, Minister of Tourism Abdulla Mausoom, and the team from Tourism Ministry and MACL.
Mr.George Corbin is set to join “Tourism Upbeat: The Pioneer’s Talk”, an interactive discussion session on 50 years’ journey of the Maldives Tourism Industry, for travel and tourism students of Maldives. He will be joining tourism pioneers, including Mr. MU Manik, Mr.Hussain Afeef, and Mr.Ahmed Naseem in this discussion.
This will be a hybrid session where speakers will talk about their experience and students will be given the chance to interact with the speakers.
The session will be held on 17th February 2022 at the Maldives National University Auditorium. Interested students from all schools, colleges and universities are invited to join the session. Registration for this sessions will be made open during the upcoming week.
