Premila Fernando joins as Executive Chef, boasting over 19 years of culinary expertise. His career includes leading kitchen operations at establishments like Oaks IBN Battuta Gate Hotel in Dubai and Le Domaine De La Reserve in Seychelles. Premila’s achievements include winning a Michelin star and being a semi-finalist at the National Chef of the Year competition in the UK. His commitment to mentoring and training aspiring chefs highlights his dedication to the culinary arts.

Mohamed Hisham – Food & Beverage Manager

Mohamed Hisham Hamza brings over 24 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Executive to his new role. His career includes leadership positions at renowned hotel brands such as Shangri-La, Park Hyatt, and Sheraton. Mohamed has a strong track record in driving growth, identifying opportunities, and delivering high-quality services. He has been recognised with numerous awards for his contributions to the hospitality industry.

Kyaw Kyaw Myint Oo – Assistant Bar Manager

Kyaw Kyaw Myint Oo joins as Assistant Bar Manager, bringing extensive experience in hospitality management. With a Diploma in Hospitality Management and further professional development in supervisory skills and mixology, he has held roles such as F&B Operation & Consultant Manager at Amara Hpa-An Hotel and Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton Hotels & Resort in Myanmar. His international experience includes positions at CMV Cruise Line in London, La Carovana in Yangon, and Hakkasan Group in Abu Dhabi.
