Nilaa Coral Island Maldives has opened in Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll, introducing a seven-villa private island retreat in the southern Maldives. Designed by Italian architecture studio Hus, the resort combines Italian-inspired architecture, natural stone finishes and oceanfront accommodation with personalised experiences centred on privacy, nature and individual preferences.

Located 15 minutes by speedboat from Maavarulu Airport, Nilaa Coral Island Maldives offers private transfers aboard Kandu, its dedicated speedboat. Guests can also arrange private jet transfers to Maavarulu Airport, with the arrival experience beginning in Malé and continuing through a personalised journey to the island.

The resort’s accommodation comprises two-bedroom and three-bedroom villas and a five-bedroom villa, each designed to connect indoor and outdoor living spaces. Private pools and ocean views complement interiors defined by travertine, coloured marble and other natural materials.
