ROBINSON NOONU Brings Sport and Celebration Together This September

ROBINSON NOONU is set to bring an energetic line-up of sport, entertainment and island celebrations to guests this September, with world-class beach volleyball experiences and the return of its “This is NOONU” Special Week.
Adding a sporting highlight to the month, the resort will welcome Thomas Kaczmarek, Head Coach of the German National Beach Volleyball Team and coach of the Paris 2024 Olympic silver medallists, alongside Cinja Tillmann, 2024 European Champion, Olympian and four-time German Champion.
The programme will give both experienced players and beach volleyball enthusiasts the opportunity to learn directly from two leading figures in the sport. Guests can look forward to training sessions, professional techniques and insights from elite-level competition, all set against the resort’s tropical surroundings.

The sporting action forms part of a lively September at ROBINSON NOONU, with the resort also preparing for its “This is NOONU” Special Week, taking place from 19 to 26 September 2026. The week will bring together themed evenings, live music, sports, entertainment, parties and sunset experiences designed around the resort’s social and energetic atmosphere.
Celebrations throughout the week will range from vibrant parties and themed evenings to distinctive island experiences. Guests can expect highlights including a Secret Island Party, Jungle Party, underwater pool party, White Party at a secret location, and the resort’s signature Maldivian-themed evening. The programme will also feature sundowner gatherings, live entertainment and special dining experiences across the island.

The week kicks off on 19 September with beach volleyball taking centre stage before the celebrations continue into the evening. Across the following days, the programme moves between relaxed sunset gatherings and high-energy themed events, offering guests a different atmosphere each day. The schedule concludes on 26 September with a live champagne aperitif followed by the Spirit of NOONU, bringing the special week to a celebratory close.
