Leading full-service carrier Vistara, a joint venture between the Tata Group and Singapore Airlines, has unveiled plans to expand its international network by introducing daily direct flights from, Delhi to Malé, commencing on October 1.
The airline will deploy an A320neo aircraft configured with three classes to strengthen connectivity between India and the Maldives. Booking options for these flights are gradually being made available across various channels, including the airline’s website, mobile app, and through travel agents.
Vinod Kannan, Chief Executive Officer of Vistara, expressed enthusiasm about this new route, emphasising that it complements the existing Mumbai-Malé route. He believes this addition will enhance access to one of the world’s most sought-after vacation spots and contribute to the ongoing bilateral cooperation between India and the Maldives. Kannan also highlighted Vistara’s commitment to providing top-notch services to travellers.
The flight, designated as UK0273, will depart from Delhi daily at 10:45, arriving in Malé at 14:20. On the return journey, flight UK0274 will take off from Malé at 15:20 and touch down in Delhi at 19:55.
