Yianni Giannopoulos, with over three decades of expertise in the hospitality industry, has developed extraordinary techniques in mixology. He views cocktail creation as an art form, carefully combining fruits, vegetables, and diverse flavours to capture the essence of people’s moods in a glass. His journey in the industry began in 1992. Since then, he has been an integral part of prestigious restaurants, bars, and hotels in Mykonos, Bali, Fiji, Germany, Australia, the Philippines, and the Maldives. His expertise extends to menu development, professional training program implementation, ergonomics, bar design, and event activations, collaborating with renowned portfolios such as Pernod-Ricard and Diageo.
