Amilla Fushi is setting a luxury resort trendsetter by introducing the very first Skyhouse Bubble tent concept in Maldives. It was officially opened by the Maldives tourism minister Ali Waheed, at a ribbon-cutting ceremony at ITB Berlin on March 6.
The Skyhouse is located at a tranquil treetop eyrie with an own private transparent Bubble, breathtakingly suspended 12 meters up between a canopy of lush palms and the vast Maldivian skies. Encircled by swaying palms, and measuring 4 meters in diameter, the Bubble’s interior features custom-fitted wooden floors, a rotating daybed, telescope, Bang & Olufsen sound system, and bespoke furnishings.
A removable cover provides solar protection during the day – and come nightfall, unfettered views of the star-studded heavens above. In addition to this, the Skyhouse with Bubble also boasts serene living spaces and a private infinity pool cantilevered out amongst the treetops. The Skyhouse with Bubble provides the adventure of a lifetime, designed for destination dinner and breakfast served with experience from sunset to sunrise.
Amilla Fushi is located just 30 minutes by seaplane from Velana International Airport. They offer a choice of 59 Houses that sit gracefully over crystal clear waters, nestle among lush treetops or hug the shores of pristine white sand and eight spectacular four- to eight-bedroom Beach Residences ideally suited to large families, groups of friends and VVIPs seeking the ultimate in space and privacy.
