Alila Kothaifaru Maldives has promoted Naziya Hassan to Director of Sales, marking the latest step in her career progression with the resort. Naziya joined Alila Kothaifaru Maldives in 2022 as Senior Sales Manager, bringing extensive experience in sales, a strong understanding of the travel industry and a commitment to promoting the Maldives.
Her strategic approach and ability to build lasting relationships with travel partners contributed to her progression within the resort. In 2024, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Sales, taking on a broader role in supporting the resort’s commercial strategy and strengthening relationships with travel partners in local and international markets.
Now appointed Director of Sales, Naziya will continue to lead the resort’s sales efforts, driving commercial performance while strengthening its presence across key markets. Her experience and knowledge of the Maldives tourism industry position her to further develop partnerships and support the resort’s continued growth.
