Bandos Maldives has appointed energetic Maldivian, Yoosuf Hasnain as their new Learning and Talent Development Manager.
Prior to joining Bandos Maldives, Hasnain was working at Six Senses Laamu as a Training Manager where he started his management role and finds very interested in Six Senses brand which promotes Sustainability and Wellness at the best.
He has been working for some other companies as well including prestigious LUX* South Ari Atoll with Hussain Afeef for 3 years as an Assistant Training and Quality Assurance Manager. Hasnain describes the time at LUX* was the most rewarding and creative part of his career as LUX* gave him the opportunity to work with world-class speakers and gurus from the service industry.
Hasnain started his career in the Hospitality industry in 2012 at the Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru as a Human Resources Coordinator. Following this, he also worked in One & Only Reethi Rah as Assistant Manager, Learning and Development and Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives as Assistant Training Manager.
Having worked in the Hospitality Industry as Human Resources and Training professionals for the past seven years, Hasnain has acquired much knowledge and experience to uplift his new assignment at Bandos Maldives. He will be responsible for managing the resort Learning & Talent Development function in order to promote the desired work and service culture of Bandos Maldives.
His positive and can-do attitude proves that every Maldivian can play an important role in the hospitality industry and can make a difference in the life of others.
