CCR Resorts Meeru, Veligandu, Vilamendhoo To Reopen From September

Crown & Champa Resorts (CCR)’s properties Meeru Island Resort & Spa, Vilamendhoo Island Resort & Spa, Veligandu Island Resort & Spa and Champa Central Hotel will reopen from September 2020. Their new property Kagi Maldives Spa Resort is also set to debut from September.

Crown and Champa Resorts temporarily suspended their operations of all its properties from 15th April due to the travel restrictions imposed by the government and throughout the world as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, Maldives is planning to reopen its borders to all nationalities from July.

The properties will open with hygiene and safety measures in place as per the guidelines of Maldives HPA, the group reported.

CCR is one of the largest resort groups operating in Maldives. CCR was established in 2000 and their current resorts are:

Hurawalhi Island Resort & Spa
Komandoo Island Resort & Spa
Kudadoo Island Resort & Spa
Kuredu Island Resort & Spa
Meeru Island Resort & Spa
Veligandu Island Resort & Spa
Vilamendhoo Island Resort & Spa

Champa Central Hotel
