His experience includes roles in leading Maldivian resorts such as Huvafen Fushi Maldives and OZEN Life Maadhoo, where he has overseen safety operations and implemented effective security protocols to ensure the wellbeing of both guests and team members.
Hassani Mahmoud assumes the role of Director of Learning & Development, focusing on talent development, training programmes and organisational growth.
