Cruise ship Ms Costa Victoria has arrived in the Maldives with 1,740 passengers and 780 crew members.
Costa Victoria is a Victoria-class cruise ship owned and operated by Costa Crociere. She debuted in 1996 and was refurbished in 2004. She was designed to reflect the spirit of Italy. Features include the panoramic Concorde Plaza, an indoor pool, the ultramodern Pompei Spa, and the seven deck Planetarium Atrium. In 2004 the ship underwent an extensive rebuild which included balconies being added to 246 cabins. Costa Victoria underwent a refit in November 2013 which saw modernization to her public rooms and staterooms to more “Italian” design.
The cruise arrived in the Maldives from 1st November 2019 and will depart on 3rd November 2019. The handling agent for the cruise is AMSCO. MS Costa Victoria’s last port before heading to the Maldives was Oman (Salalah) and the next port will be Colombo, Srilanka.
During the visit, the passengers will visit Male’ city along with other islands and resorts in the Maldives.
