Secrets of the Island Flavours

Held every Tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00 at Guduguda, Secrets of the Island Flavours offers guests an introduction to the ingredients, recipes and traditions that shape Maldivian cuisine. The hands-on experience brings guests together with the resort’s chefs to explore local flavours, with coconut, chilli and fresh catch taking centre stage. Participants can prepare dishes themselves, taste as they go and take inspiration from the recipes to recreate a little of the island experience at home.

Shaken, Not Stirred

The interactive class explores fresh ingredients, cocktail-making techniques and creative combinations, giving participants the opportunity to experiment with flavours and craft their own drinks. The experience combines a relaxed island atmosphere with a hands-on introduction to the techniques behind some of the bar’s signature creations.
