Grand Park Kodhipparu, Maldives hosted an extensive two weeks learning programme for its Lifestyle Host team with Heilbron Hospitality.
The Lifestyle Hosts of Grand Park Kodhipparu, Maldives embarked on a ten-day journey of intensive training from 10th to 21st June 2019. The programme covered the technical skills, soft skills and mindfulness and all essential components required to bring service excellence to the next level. This holistic programme allowed the team to develop an eye for detail, reawaken their senses, use the right emotional intelligence and most important of all charged with fresh energy, passion and commitment to go the extra mile and deliver the best service standards.
