Heritance Aarah Unveils “Unwrap Incredible” for the Festive Season

This December, Heritance Aarah invites guests to experience Christmas in the Maldives through Unwrap Incredible, a festive season shaped by anticipation, discovery and wonder. Set against the island’s turquoise waters and tropical surroundings, the celebrations transform the island into a gift of ocean light, festive flavours, family moments, wellness rituals and island experiences, with each day revealing a new reason to celebrate.

Christmas at Heritance Aarah begins on 21 December with the Great Glow-Up Tree-Lighting Ceremony, where the island’s white and gold Christmas tree comes to life at Ranba Beach, marking the beginning of the festive season. From 21 December through the New Year, guests can look forward to a programme of dining, entertainment and celebrations designed for couples, families and friends.

On Christmas Eve, 24 December, festivities begin with the Festive Sparkle Christmas Eve Cocktail Gathering at Bandhi Pool Bar, followed by a selection of Christmas Eve dining experiences. The Christmas Eve Seaside Gala Dinner at Ranba Main Restaurant brings together festive favourites and global flavours, while the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner provides an elegant setting for the evening. Ocean Suite guests can enjoy the Winter Elegance Curated Christmas Eve Set Dinner, an eight-course dining experience at Baani Restaurant.

The evening continues with the Midnight After-Dinner Christmas Celebration, bringing together champagne, cocktails, DJ beats, live band entertainment and a special appearance by Santa, creating a lively close to Christmas Eve.

Christmas Day on 25 December begins with Brunch & Bliss, A Christmas Celebration at Ranba Main Restaurant. Guests can enjoy a relaxed champagne brunch featuring festive indulgences and live music, creating an opportunity to gather with family and friends and savour the day at an island pace.

The festive programme continues on 26 December with Merry Boxing Day – Cherish Every Moment, a dining experience at Baani Restaurant featuring carefully prepared festive dishes and seasonal flavours.

As the year draws to a close, Heritance Aarah turns its attention to New Year celebrations. On 31 December, the Evening Prelude Champagne Toast Soirée sets the tone for the final evening of the year with champagne, festive cocktails, canapés and sunset views. Guests can then choose from several New Year’s Eve dining experiences, including the New Year’s Eve Seaside Gala Dinner at Ranba Main Restaurant and the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner at Ralu Restaurant. Ocean Suite guests can also enjoy the New Year’s Eve Signature Set Dinner, an eight-course experience designed for a more intimate year-end celebration.

The celebrations culminate with Midnight Mirage – Unveil the Magic of the Night, where guests can count down to 2027 with music, dancing, entertainment, awards and a poolside celebration at Bandhi Pool Bar.

The first day of 2027 begins with The First Feast New Year’s Day Brunch, offering a relaxed start to the year with festive flavours, live music and an extended island brunch at Ranba Main Restaurant.

The festive calendar continues into January with Orthodox Christmas celebrations. On 6 January, Eastern Light of Noel Orthodox Christmas Eve Celebration brings guests together for a beachside celebration featuring a champagne welcome, Russian Christmas BBQ, DJ entertainment and the arrival of Father Frost. On 7 January, Orthodox Indulgence – Russian Christmas Table continues the celebrations with a traditional Russian Christmas lunch featuring seasonal favourites and hearty festive flavours.

Through Unwrap Incredible, Heritance Aarah brings together festive dining, entertainment and island moments to create a season that extends beyond Christmas Day.
