Indian Ambassador to Maldives Confirmed as Guest of Honor for TTM Travel Summit 2019

The Ambassador of India to Maldives, His Excellency Sunjay Sudhir has been confirmed as the  Guest of Honor for the “TTM Travel Summit” 2019. This is the third year that TTM Travel Summit would be held in Maldives and is one of the main components of the leading travel trade show of Maldives, Travel Trade Maldives (TTM). TTM Travel Summit will be held from 09:00 a.m. till 05:00 p.m at Bandos Maldives. H.E Sunjay is expected to inaugurate the third edition of the Summit as well as deliver an introductory speech. In addition to this, speakers from several major international companies such as Expedia, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Lonely Planet and dnata will present and highlight on various topics which reflect upon the theme “Travel Tech and Analytics”. H.E Sunjay Sudhir was appointed as the Ambassador of India to Maldives on the 28th of January 2019. Before his appointment as an Ambassador, he served as the Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, India. TTM is the largest platform connecting the travel trade community of the Maldives to the global network of travel professionals. For the past two years, TTM has invited over 500 travel agents, PR firms, media groups and related travel trade professionals to Maldives. TTM aims to facilitate the tourism industry of Maldives to reach the ultimate target of 2 million tourists with over USD 3.5 billion in receipts by the end of 2020.
