Kihaa Maldives has announced the appointment of Maurice Chaminda Perera as the new Executive Chef at the resort.
Maurice brings a vast experience of knowledge and skill to the island, with a wide array of delicious dishes honed from his 25 years in the industry.
With a career that has seen him rise through the ranks from a butcher to head chef at a number of prestigious 5-star resorts across Sri Lanka and Maldives including Crown and Champa Resorts, Maurice’s arrival at Kihaa promises to further elevate the cuisine on the island.
Chef Maurice tenure with Kihaa Maldives began on December 2018.
