Kuda Rah Resort to Be Managed by Minor International, Set for NH Hotels Rebranding

Minor International, a leading global hospitality and lifestyle group, has signed a hotel management agreement with Sri Lanka-based Hayleys to manage the Amaya Kuda Rah resort in the Maldives.

This agreement is part of Minor International’s strategic plan to expand its presence in the Maldives. The company intends to relaunch the resort under its NH Hotels brand, marking the brand’s second property in the Maldivian market.

NH Maldives Kuda Rah Resort, accessible by a 25-minute seaplane flight, features 51 beach and overwater pool villas and suites. Guests can relax by the pool in an overwater villa, swim in the pristine lagoon, and enjoy the resort’s signature spa treatments. The resort also offers access to world-class dive sites and a variety of dining options, perfect for enjoying chilled cocktails under the night sky.

As part of the rebranding, Minor International will carry out refurbishment efforts to meet NH Hotels’ standards. This agreement further underscores Minor’s commitment to expanding its portfolio in key leisure destinations worldwide.

With this new management agreement, Minor now oversees seven resorts in the Maldives, including Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas, Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort, Anantara Veli Maldives Resort, Naladhu Private Island, NH Collection Maldives Havodda Resort, and Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort.
