Kurumba Maldives, being one of the pioneering resorts in the Maldives, towards their dedication in further excelling in the hospitality industry has appointed a young and dynamic Maldivian, Ismail Isham as their Human Resource Manager.
Isham completed his post-graduation, Masters in Business Administration from Angela Ruskin University in 2018. Having worked in the hospitality industry as an HR professional for the past six years, Isham has acquired much knowledge and experience and hence continues to contribute the knowledge he gathered in his present designation. He has formerly worked in One & Only Reethi Rah and Dhigali Maldives.
Isham started his career in the Bank of Maldives. His professional career in the hospitality industry started in 2013 when he joined One & Only Reethi Rah where he worked for four years. In 2017, Isham joined the Universal Resorts (Dhigali Maldives) as an Assistant Human Resource Manager and successfully managed to bring about constructive changes to their Human Resource Department.
His hard work and dedication have today paved the way to the opportunity to play a leading key role as the Human Resource Manager in Kurumba Maldives.
Isham is a true inspiration for the young local talent and the youth of the Maldives who wish to develop themselves as future leaders of this industry.
