Lily Beach Resort & Spa, Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru and Kurumba Maldives have been listed among TripAdvisor’s top all-inclusive resorts for vacations in 2020.
The 25 award-winning locations range from a mountainside escape in Patagonia to a seaside stay next to the crystal clear waters of the Maldives. The winners are determined by the quantity and quality of traveler reviews over the course of the past year, in addition to booking interest for those spots. Additionally, TripAdvisor’s Price Finder tool compares the cost of a number of these resorts against other popular booking companies to ensure the best price possible for the trip.
Kurumba Maldives bagged the 24th position of the list.
Kurumba was the very first private island resort in the Maldives when it opened its doors in 1972 in the Indian Ocean archipelago of the Maldives. Opened by four young Maldivians on an uninhabited coconut plantation island in October 1972, Kurumba marked the beginning of the tourism industry in the country.
Landing in the 19th position was Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru.
Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru opened its door in 1995 and is the first international chain resort in the Maldives.
