Mirihi Island Resort has appointed Alexander Mack as the new Executive Chef.
With extensive experience in various cooking styles and cuisines worldwide, Alexander is set to establish and provide a gastronomical delight experience to guests integrated with the much-loved traditions of the island.
Combining modern and traditional elements, Mirihi Island Resort is a small paradise freshly renovated and reopened in December 2014. Located in South Ari Atoll, Mirihi offers an intimate space with only 37 rooms and a warm welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff.
