With over a decade of experience, he has demonstrated his value in roles such as Chief Accountant at Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort and as an Accountant and Finance Executive at Avani Kalutara. His career highlights include spearheading financial strategies, ensuring meticulous finance practices, and contributing to operational efficiency. Gihan’s diverse background, including roles at Ekho Lake Hotel/Lake House and Ernst & Young Colombo, showcases his adaptability and ability to excel in various environments.
Mithila Ramanayake is a distinguished IT Manager in the hospitality sector, boasting over a decade of experience. Beginning as a Business Center Assistant at Le Meridien Dubai Hotel, he quickly proved his expertise in customer service, earning recognition as the “Most Valuable Player.” Progressing to roles like Complex IT Executive at Le Meridien Fairway, Dubai, and Cluster IT Supervisor at Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Resorts, Mithila showcased leadership and technical skills. His most recent role as IT Manager at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai saw him leading the digital infrastructure enhancement, introducing innovations like the first guest host mobile application and NFC-powered business cards.
Anuj Kumar, a seasoned hotelier with over 12 years of experience, excels in Revenue, Reservations, and Front Office management. His career showcases strategic planning, meticulous execution, and a focus on excellence. As IHG’s Portfolio Revenue Manager, he oversees revenue strategies for 950 keys, achieving notable results. His expertise in pricing and group management has led to significant performance improvements, including top RevPAR positions at Hilton Jaipur and Hilton Hotels & Resort in Goa. Anuj Kumar’s accomplishments extend to visa processes, recruitment, and employee relations, earning him professional recognition.
