Patina Maldives, Fari Islands has appointed Ahmed Sinan as its new Human Resources Manager.
Sinan joins the Patina Maldives pre-opening team from his role as the Human Resource Manager at SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hiltion which is part of the CROSSROADS, the first integrated resorts in the Maldives. He has previously worked at Kanuhura Maldives and Shangri-la’s Villingili Resort and Spa.
He initially started as the Graphic Designer for Shangri-la Maldives, however was later promoted to Employee Relations officer where his career in HR began.
Sinan is an emerging HR leader with 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 7 years of experience in Human Resources management. His major accomplishments were in Kanuhura Maldives, where the team saw an extensive improvement in HR welfare and colleague engagement. With a Bachelor of Arts Degree, his creative side is an asset to any organization he has worked for. His previous experience in the pre-opening team of CROSSROADS Maldives, will also be an added advantage for Patina Maldives, which is of similar concept.
