Patina Maldives, Fari Islands has welcomed Alzam Ibrahim as its new Director of Revenue and Ali Shafeeu as its new Executive Housekeeper.
Alzam belongs to the few local talents specializing in revenue management in Maldives. He possess excellent analytical skills and sound instincts, based on nearly 15 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to his move to Patina Maldives, Fari Islands, he was most recently working as the Assistant Director of Revenue and E-commerce at Gili Lankanfushi.
Alzam began his career as head receptionist in Makunudhu Island, on the year 2005 and has elevated his leadership skills to the Director of Revenue. Over the years he worked in various five-star luxury resorts including Beach House Manafaru and Soneve Fushi. Alzam has developed strong collaboration abilities and fostered a reputation as a key contributor by using communication and critical thinking skills. Identifying improved approaches and enhanced solutions to business challenges are activities that drive and inspire him.
Ali Shafeeu taking over the responsibilities of its Executive Housekeeper is a hospitality professional with over 12 years’ experience in housekeeping with pre-opening, renovation and operational properties with brands like Soneva Gili, Shangri-La’s Villingili Resort & Spa, Cheval Blanc Randheli, Six Senses Laamu. He began his career in housekeeping as a room attendant eventually found himself as Head Housekeeper at luxury resort Soneva Jani.
Ali’s extensive experience in the field has enabled him to achieve great customer satisfaction – a sought after factor that is valued in all resorts he has contributed to. He has developed strong abilities in decision-making and fostered a reputation as a key contributor through innovation and customer service skills.
